van den Brink, Notary Publik sworn and
Admitted by the Court of Holland residino¬
in amsterdam and intin presence of the
witnesses hereafter named personnally appeared
Mrs. Martha Anthonetta Brun, and Antho¬
nette Madelaine Brun of this City spinsters
and Mr. Jean Pierre Simon Thomas of this
City Gentleman being married with Madm.
Ester Jeanne Brun and the said Madm. Ester
Jeanne Brun with Coneurrence of hersacc
Husband, for themselfes and the sd. Mr.
Martha Anthonetta Brun, Anthonelle
Madelaine Brunand Mr. Jean Pierresimon
Thomas albeing impowred by Madmn. Johanna
Agatha Brin of Leeuwaarden Spenster by
power of Attorney made and passed on the
12 day of June 1770 before Petrus Wierdsma
notary Publik and witnesses at Leeuwaarden
^which said appearors in their said quality
and ded declare to have made orduined Consti¬
tuted and appointed and by these presents
to make Constitute and appoint Mr. John
Bernard Desccus of London merchant thees
true and lawfull Attorney for and in the name
and to theuse of thim the said appearors
and of her the said Madm. Johanna Agatha Bruen
to ast demand and receive of and from the
Executors of the last will and testament of
their Grandmothor Martha Broww of Juston
striet in the Parish of sd. John the Euangelist in
the freedom of wertminster widow deceased
