otherwise Rouviere late of doesburg in

Holland deceased do make Constitute and
appoint Messrs. Josue and Henry Guinand
of London Merchants, Jointly or separatelo
my trie and Lawfull Attorneys for me in my
as Executor affis
name and on my behalf to sels Assign and
transfer unto any person or persons whe
soever five hundred pounds being all the
share or stock standing in the name and
belonging to the Estate of the sd. Jeanne Brun
otherwise Rouviere deceased of and in the
Capital and principal stock of the Gover
nons and Company of the Bank of England
and to receive the Consideration Moneijs
thereof and in my said name to give full
Acquittances and discharges for the same
and also to receive and give recepts for all
devidents now due and that shall be due
and payable onthe said bankstock untill
transfer thereof and to do all lawfuls acts
requisite for effecting the premisses Ratifying
and Confirming all that mij sd. Attorneijs or
either of them shall do therein by virtue hereof
